DESCRIPTION:Please join us at our 26th Annual Health Provider Retreat!\nThis is a New Mexico continuing education conference designed as a retention initiative for health professionals practicing in rural and underserved areas of the state. The conference will address a wide variety of interests to Medical\, Dental and Community Health Worker professionals working in New Mexico. As a result of attending the conference\, the participants will have a greater knowledge of topics related to their clinical practices and administrative activities. \nWe hope to see you in Taos in June for another successful educational yet fun filled event! \n  \n \nAccommodations \nThe Sagebrush Inn & Suites is located at 1508 Paseo del Pueblo Sur in Taos\, NM. \nThis registration fee DOES NOT include your hotel stay. \nPlease contact the hotel directly at  800-428-3626 for reservations.\nA block of discounted rooms are available through MAY 7\, 2018 at a rate of $96.00 plus tax. Please reference “NM Health Resources 2018” for the discounted room rate. \nCancellation Policy\nAll cancellations are subject to a $50.00 admin fee.\nCancellations by 6/1/18 will be refunded minus the admin fee.\nNo refunds for NO SHOWS or for any cancellations after 6/1/18. \nPayment Options\nYou can use the online registration process if you’re paying by credit card\, check\, or purchase order.
