Health Care Provider Retreat and Annual Conference – Sponsor Registration

GENERAL INFORMATION:
NMHR and the NMPCA are partnering to again coordinate our annual Retreat and Conference activities! We invite you to participate on June 1-3, 2023 at the Tamaya Resort & Spa in Santa Ana Pueblo, NM. This combined event will feature content to attract healthcare administrators, board members and a variety of primary care providers from throughout the state.
Please note that exhibit space is limited and available on a first come/first served basis. Tables are 6 feet long and 2.5 feet wide and include a table covering. Other equipment needed for your display such as extension cords for computers or other audio/visual needs may be ordered through the hotel a/v vendor.
The additional possibility of sponsoring a specific presenter during the Conference or Retreat will be determined as the agenda is finalized….please contact us early in 2023 if that is of interest to your organization!

Thursday, June 1: 7:00am – 3:30pm
Friday, June 2: 7:00am – 3:30pm
Saturday, June 3: 7:00am – 11:00am
SET UP & DISMANTLING:
Set Up: Wednesday, May 31, 2023 from 6:00pm – 10:00pm
Dismantle: Saturday, June 3, 2023 at 11:00am

There will be a $100.00 admin charge for all registrations cancelled more than 72 hours prior to event. No refunds for no shows or cancellation notices after 7am on Monday, May 29, 2023.
